In line with the advice from the Government and the Judiciary, Three New Square IP will continue to function to the greatest extent possible during this crisis. 

Members of Chambers remain available to accept new instructions and to continue work on existing instructions. 

Chambers is committed to minimising the risk of viral transmission. Therefore, Members of Chambers and the clerking staff will, as far as possible, be working remotely for as long as necessary.

The majority of court hearings are also expected to be carried out remotely.
