Acting (led by Justin Turner QC, Charlotte May QC, Tom Mitcheson QC, Richard Miller QC and Richard Boulton QC) in high profile patent litigation on the hot topic of infringement of second medical use claims to new uses of a medicine, and further proceedings in the damages inquiry under various cross-undertakings and in light of unjustified threats.
