| A large proportion of chambers’ work concerns patent disputes, primarily involving infringement or revocation proceedings in the High Court, Patents County Court and Appellate Courts. In addition, members of chambers also appear in proceedings before the UK Patent Office.
An area of increasing importance to chambers is the representation of clients in opposition proceedings before Opposition Division and Boards of Appeal in the European Patent Office in Munich.
