Helyn practices in all areas of intellectual property law and intellectual property related matters. By way of example, her clients have included the Arcadia Group, Channel 4, Phones-4-U/Caudwell Group, Ritz Hotel/Ellerman Investments, Hard Rock International, Standard Life Bank, Philips Van Heusen, Ford, Ann Summers, Cantor Index and Alfred Radley (of Ossie Clark/Celia Birtwell design fame).
