Sir William Aldous
Sir William was head of chambers from 1980 to 1988, when he was appointed to the High Court bench. He was made a Lord Justice of Appeal in 1996. He retired the bench in October 2003.

Colin Birss was a member of chambers from the completion of his pupillage with Andrew Waugh in 1990 until his appointment to the Patents County Court in October 2010.
