| The clerking team at Three New Square is lead by Ian Bowie. Ian joined chambers in 1972 and has been senior clerk since 1987. He is assisted by Tim Fairburn, who has been in chambers since 1986. The clerking team is completed by David Court. Chambers is frequently involved in litigation in which both parties instruct members of chambers. The clerking team have systems in place to prevent any problems arising from such a situation.
